This rich and full-bodied cuvée is an exceptional blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, sourced exclusively from the vineyards surrounding the historic château.

Appearance: Deep yellow with golden highlights, fine and delicate bubbles.
Nose: An intensely fruity bouquet featuring ripe peach and apricot jam, enhanced by subtle hints of toasted brioche and vanilla.
Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, dominated by luscious peach flavors, leading to a structured and expressive finish with lightly woody notes.
