How do I contact customer service?
You can send us a help request, or call us on 1300 366 906.
Why haven’t you replied to my request?
We aim to have replied to any new request within 4 business hours. So if you’ve sent your request between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday or 10am to 4pm on Saturday, we should be getting back to you within 4 hours.
If it’s outside those hours, you should hear back from us by 11am the next business day.
If that’s not the case, then firstly, we apologise, we’re a small team, it’s possible our Help Team have been swamped, or someone’s sick. It’s even possible that your request has been missed in the system.
