Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Light straw colour with a fine, persistent bead.
Aroma: A fresh and crisp bouquet of lemon citrus, toasted brioche, nougat, and subtle nutty notes, evolving with layers of meringue and minerality.
Palate: A tight, refined, and well-balanced Champagne, offering intense citrus vibrancy, creamy texture, and a lingering, dry finish supported by a touch of phenolic grip for structure.
