The Cuvee D's of Devaux are the expression of what is the pinnacle of their efforts. Only the best sites are selected, which are then given lavish care throughout the growing season, and constantly judged and inspected. Harvested at their very optimum to display their finest qualities which is then judiciously blended with barrel aged reserve wines to create a veritable "Grand Champagne"
Gold yellow colour with a delicate and persistant mousse. Smell of white blossom and soft spices, mellowed by notes of toasted brioche and vanilla on the finish.
A deliciously fresh and creamy champagne of great persistence.

- Blend: Pinot Noir 55% (CÎte des Bar) and Chardonnay 45% (CÎte des Blancs) with 35% to 40% of reserve wines
- Alcoolic fermentation: stainless steel tank
- Malolactic fermentation: partial âą Ageing: 5 years minimum for bottlesÂ
- Disgorgement: extra-ageing of 6 months minimum
- Dosage: BRUT 8g/L (+/- 1g)
