At Champagne Gallery, we’re serious about Champagne but we know how to have a little fun, too. And World Cocktail Day (13 May 2025) is the perfect occasion to raise a glass to both tradition and creativity.
While we’ll always be purists at heart, Champagne makes a stunning base for light, elegant cocktails. One of our favourites? The Champagne & Chambord cocktail, a simple, refined serve that adds a rich berry twist to your favourite bubbles.
Champagne and Chambord Recipe!
This cocktail is delightfully simple. No shaking, no stirring, no fancy equipment needed. Just pour, garnish, and enjoy.
Ingredients (1 serve):
• 30 ml Chambord Liqueur
• 180 ml chilled Champagne (choose your favourite from above)
• Fresh raspberries, to garnish
Method:
-
Pour the Chambord into a Champagne flute.
-
Slowly top with chilled Champagne.
-
Add 1–2 fresh raspberries for garnish.
-
Serve immediately.
Tips for Serving:
-
Pour just before serving to keep the Champagne crisp and effervescent.
-
For parties, pre-fill flutes with Chambord, then top with Champagne as guests arrive.
-
No stirring required, bubbles do the mixing naturally.
-
Garnish ideas: long lemon or orange peel twists, pomegranate seeds, or frozen berries for a little flair.
