Tasting Notes:
Appearance: A brilliant golden-yellow hue with a steady flow of extremely fine bubbles.
Aroma: Deep and layered, with ripe wild peaches, Williams pears, and zesty citrus (lemons, blood oranges). Notes of iodine, smoke, and subtle chalk minerality add depth and aromatic freshness, enhanced by hints of light reduction and elegant autolysis from oak aging.
Palate: A rich and juicy entry, coating the palate with ripe fruit concentration and creamy texture. The bubbles lift the wine, leading to a long, chalky, and fresh saline finish. As it lingers, delicate smoky undertones emerge, leaving a flavoursome and sophisticated impression.
