What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with Visa and MasterCard, and you can also use PayPal (or even set up a new PayPal account if you haven’t already got one).  We’re sorry, but we don’t take AMEX or Diners at this time.

 Do you accept PayPal?

Yes. You’ll see it as a payment option in the checkout

 I’m having problems using PayPal…. Help!

Are you having a problem logging in to your PayPal account? In that case, you may need to go to paypal.com.au and request a password change, or check your login details there, maybe even contact PayPal customer service to make sure those details are right.

It might also be worth checking which card/account/payment details you’ve got selected with PayPal, to make sure that’s all correct.

 You can ignore the shipping address details in PayPal, we use the details you’ve entered for your order on Champagne Gallery, not the PayPal shipping address.

 If you’ve checked everything out with PayPal, and you’re still having a problem, send us a help request and we’ll see if our techies can help you find out what’s going wrong.

 Do you store my credit card details securely?

Yes and no. YES your credit card details are kept securely, but NO, we don’t store them on our database.

 We only keep a payment “token”, which allows you to use our Express Checkout  (one-click payments). That “token” then communicates with SecurePay, our payment gateway, to process an approved payment (approved by you, that is.)

 My payment was declined, what can I do?

Best bet is to check the account or card you’re trying to use – expiry date is often a reason, with a card that has just expired.  Also double check your account balance. If your card provider has bounced back the payment, there’s nothing we can do from our end.
