Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • Entry is only open to Australian residents over 18 years of age who reside in Victoria, Northern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania, or Queensland (NSW or ACT residents are not eligible to enter).
  • Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

To enter, Individual must comply with the following three (3) conditions;

  1. To enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period complete their contact details to register for Champagne Gallery email communications via;

  2. To enter, individuals must during the promotional period, purchase a listed Nicolas Feuillatte champagne bottle via;

  3. To enter, individuals must during the promotional period, when prompted, promote digital content created by Champagne Gallery via:

    • The promotion period is midday 23 August 2019 until midnight 30th September 2019.
    • Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
    • Multiple entries are not permitted.  The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
    • Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
    • There is only 1 (one) entry per transaction.

    The prize will be drawn by a nominated representative of Champagne Gallery on the 1st October 2019. The draw will take place at midday at 118 Eagle Terrace, Sandgate QLD 4017.

    The winner will be announced by calling, emailing, or Facebook messaging on 1st October 2019.

    Winners will be required to respond to Champagne Gallery staff within 7 days of the winning announcement in order to claim their prize, otherwise a re-draw will occur.

    The prize is a Limited-Edition Nicolas Feuillatte Wine Fridge and is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

    Champagne Gallery will bear the reasonable cost of freight to the winner’s nominated delivery address within Australia.

    1. The promotion commences 12am AEST, 23 August 2019 and concludes 11:59pm AEST, 30th September 2019.
    2. All other costs and expenses associated with the prize beyond the specified prize components will be the responsibility of the competition winner.

    8. Champagne Gallery reserves the right to exclude any person from this competition for any reason whatsoever.
    9. In all matters all decisions of Champagne Gallery will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
