After 6 years of aging in Ayala's cellars and being derived from 5 exclusive villages on the Cote des Blancs. A fantastic, fresh and lively example of vintage blanc de blanc has been released, perfectly positioned as an aperitif style it is a dynamic and enticing example.
Bold, Vigourous and generous, Floral with white stones fruits and refined notes of peach and light almonds, exotic hints of spice brings with it an enticing balanced mouthfeel. Long lingering finish, Its bright flavours shine with balanced acid and minerality, chalky hints. Concentrated right through to the finish maintaining length not unlike famed Blanc de blanc from the 2002 vintages. Certainly one for years to follow.
