Opening with white florals, brioche aromatics; the palate is rich, powerful, and layered showing fresh baked bread, red apples and hints of spice. A very traditional Champagne producer where all wines are fermented in small oak barrels and reserves stored in large oak foudres. Malolactic is avoided, which usually imparts greater longevity, It has a long lingering finish with texture and chewy characters which the house maintains as a desired stylistic hallmark.
