Palmer Brut Reserve NV

Palmer Brut Réserve NV is kept 4 years in the cellars, on lees 6 months plus after disgorgement, compared to 2 or 3 years maximum for other serious houses, and the blend contains a very high proportion of reserve wines (close to 30% reserve wines that are up to 7 years older than the base vintage and some of which are actually from a solera of reserve wines that was started 21 years ago), hence the name “Brut Réserve”.

• Current Brut reserve is 54% Chardonnay / 30 % Pinot Noir / 16 % Pinot Meunier from the 2014 base wines with 32% Reserve wine.
