Ayala Majeur Rose NV is a blend of 50% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Noir from the famed Montagne de Reims, 10% Pinot Meunier for vivacity and 6% still red wine. The very high proportion of Chardonnay together with the ageing process, creates a champagne of remarkable finesse and elegance.

Feminine and generous, red berries abound with nuances of white stone fruits subtly shining. Fresh and lively from its Chardonnay base paired with deeper dark berry fruits from use of the more Voluptuous Pinot Noir providing a lengthy expressive finish.
